Frankly, I yelled BULLCR*P! when I heard there was a way to lean down, which was fun, simple… And it wouldn’t cost me an arm and a leg in the process.

It’s obvious mainstream health care industry are making weight management a pricey proposition.

They want us to believe getting lean and fitting into our favourite clothes must come at a premium price.
